A Little About Me

I am Jasmine - a prolific Visual Artist and a Devoted Single Mother with a Master's in Social Work.

Creating art is my passion, and I genuinely believe in the freedom it brings to the soul. My unique perspective comes from my life experiences, education, and professional work as a social worker, which I blend seamlessly into my art.

As a Black woman, my art reflects the cultural experiences of Black and Brown people, telling stories of strength, beauty, and resilience. My goal is to inspire solidarity among my community and allies while promoting positivity, and hope while teaching essential life lessons to my two children through my work.

I love exploring various mediums, textures, and materials to create my art. By doing so, I aspire to inspire others and spread positivity and hope through my work. My art celebrates human uniqueness and provides a source of reflection in a world that can often be filled with divisiveness and struggle.
